Gina began her legal career at a boutique law firm that specializes in real property law and real estate litigation. There, she worked on general real estate matters involving commercial and residential properties. Gina represented buyers, sellers, lenders, and borrowers in all types of mortgage, refinance and purchase and sale transactions. After gaining valuable experience, Gina was introduced to the field of personal injury, and worked at the Personal Injury Law Group, P.A.

In 2018, Gina founded 305 HURT. The firm specializes in personal injury and wrongful death. Today, Gina represents individuals who have sustained serious injuries as a result of an accident, including but not limited to car accidents, Uber/Lyft accidents, pedestrian accidents, motorcycle accidents, boating accidents, and slip and fall accidents.

Gina understands that getting into an accident can be stressful, as it often leaves people not knowing where to begin. Gina makes her clients a top priority, and is available 24/7 to answer questions and help guide the way. She works diligently to protect her clients’ rights and help them to obtain the compensation they deserve.

A Cuban-American, Gina speaks fluent Spanish. She is also involved in several philanthropic organizations throughout Miami-Dade County.
